The first and the second Prizewinner in WSIMC 2014, the soprano Chrystal E. Williams and the bass Henning von Schulman,  will perform with The Norrköping Symphony Orchestra  – 7 October 2015 in Linköping and 8 October 2015 in Norrköping. Excellent program with songs from Mahlers wonderful “Des Kanben Wunderhorn” and opera arias from – Figaro, Carmen, Don Carlos and Porgy and Bess.

After The Final Concert with 10 fantastic singers on stage, has the jury in WSIMC 2014 decided the following prizes:

After a very exiting second round, the jury has now decided that ten singers will sing in the Final Concert on June 18th, competing for the desirable prizes of 250.000 SEK, several attractive engagements in festivals and opera houses and a concert with The Norrköping Symphony Orchestra during the next season.
Final Concert will take place in De Geerhallen, Norrköping 18 June at 18.00.

The swedish tenor Daniel Johansson, first prize winner in The Stenhammar Competition 2012 together with Aleksandra Popandopulo, has made a great success in the main role in La Traviata at The Geneva Opera. After Geneva several engagements are waiting at The Oslo Opera.

Ekaterina Godovanets, first prize winner in Stenhammar Competition 2006, has received a contract with the Nürnberg Opera for two years.
